  • Luke Fraser

    Luke and Hannah Fraser, along with their two boys, Gavin and Abel have lived in Rogersville since 2017. Luke is active in the Rogersville community volunteering as a youth football and baseball coach for the LR teams that his sons play on. They are proud to call themselves Logan-Rogersville Wildcats. Luke spends his “free time” traveling with his wife and enjoys hunting and fishing, especially with his sons. He has served as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at OakStar Bank since 2023, where he leads overall profitability and management efforts alongside the Executive Management Team. Luke formerly served OakStar as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer. His 20 years in banking include extensive management, commercial lending business development, and acquisition research and due diligence responsibilities.

  • Hannah Fraser

    Hannah Fraser has been a proud member of the Rogersville community for nearly a decade. Hannah and her husband, Luke Fraser, are raising their two boys, Gavin and Abel, in a town they're delighted to call home. Having grown up in a small town, Hannah values meaningful connections and the importance of shared community spaces. In addition to working as a real estate agent and property manager, she serves on the Pool and Racket Committee at Twin Oak Country Club and is a proud member of the Story Time Park team. Hannah is committed to helping create a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for families. She is excited to support efforts that will bring the new park to life for generations to come.

  • Tyson Collins

    Tyson and his wife, Sarah, have been Rogersville residents since 2014. In 2016 their daughter passed away from cancer at the age of 2, which prompted the start of the Paisley Collins Memorial Foundation that has granted over $80,000 to local pediatric cancer families in need.  Tyson is a devoted Christian and currently attends Story Church in Rogersville, MO.  He enjoys spending time with his family, Sarah, Bryley, Reed, and Cross. Tyson has more than 17 years of experience (6 years with ESS) in the heavy civil construction and asphalt industry.  As Assistant Vice President, Tyson oversees all aspects of asphalt operations including pre-construction activities, permanent plant operations, and client management.  Tyson graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Construction Management and currently sits on the MAPA Board of Directors. 

  • Sarah Collins

    Sarah lives in Rogersville, Missouri, with her husband, Tyson, and their three children — Bryley, Reed, and Cross. Together, they founded the Paisley Collins Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting pediatric cancer families in loving memory of their late daughter, Paisley. In addition to her philanthropic work, Sarah is a dedicated real estate agent and investor. Raised in a small town, she understands the importance of creating safe, welcoming spaces for families to gather and make lasting memories. Sarah is excited to see Story Time Park become a special place for the Rogersville community to enjoy for years to come.

  • Rusty Darnell

    Rusty is a committed follower of Christ and has been a proud Rogersville resident with his wife Barbara since 2001. They currently co-lead a Chapter Group for Story Church where they have been Covenant Ministry Partners for over 7 years. He has been a public servant since 1981 with 40 years in fire service. After a long career with the Springfield Fire Department, he is now the Fire Chief for the Strafford Fire Protection District.

  • Rick Burney

    Rick and his wife, Sharon have 3 adult children. They are committed followers of Jesus and Covenant Ministry Partners of Story Church. They have been Rogersville residents for 23 years. Rick is a founding member of Wildcat Football Academy and currently the CEO of Wildcat Football Academy. Rick has worked in the construction industry for 40 years. He currently works as owner of Burney Built; a residential building company serving Rogersville and the surrounding area.

  • Chris Ballard

    Chris and his wife, Shana have 3 children who all graduated from Logan-Rogersville HS and are currently college athletes. The Ballard family planted Story Church 10 years and have been doing ministry in Rogersville for over 18 years. Shana is the music teacher at the LR Primary School. In addition to pastoring Story Church, Chris is also the Assistant soccer coach at LRHS for the boys and girls teams. Chris has been in full-time vocational ministry for over 28 years; 18 as a Youth Pastor and 10 as the Lead Pastor. It was Chris’ dream to start a non-profit coffee shop as a way of giving back to the community and to provide a place to foster relationships within the Rogersville area. Storytime Coffee Co. has been faithfully serving the community since 2020.
